The room wasn’t clean when we arrived late after a longgg drive! There also was no tv remote in the room but the front desk was able to resolve this quickly. The tub looked like there was black mold in it and it was obvious that the room was quickly wiped down with not much care! The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable! I would never recommend this hotel or be going back to any of the hotels within the chain! Old, needs updating - asked for a receipt was told they would email, have yet to receive - no facilities (restroom) on main level - very noisy late into the night. Would not recommend or stay again.

Hallways smelled like mildew and moth balls. The rooms appliances and cabinets were out dated. Had to wait for the iron from a different room.

The facility smelled like an ashtray. The rugs in the hallway were dirty, the trash was over flowing. Lillian, who checked us in was lovely. There were broken bottles, food scraps and other trash strewn across the parking lot in many spots. It was not a pleasant experience at all. It was
