This is the third Extended StayAmerica I have been At and by far the worst. There is no lobby, no chairs, no sofas, just a small area, and the reception desk is behind plexiglass. The room itself was small, one of the beds didn’t have a blanket on it, felt rundown and smelled of food. The floor was sticky in spots. There were no dishes or glasses in the cabinets as we have had at other extended stay America’s. Lights didn’t work,dirty,hair dryer broken,room smelled. Still had to pay full price. Never will be back.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad I could barely breath. Luckily my stay was only for 1 night. They have nerve Charging almost 200$ for this place.

Terrible property...everything broken- shower, microwave, window, squeeky bed. More like a hostel than a hotel. Very dirty and outdated. Dogs barking all night, people repairing their car in the parking lot. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Receptionist was very rude. She removed the coffee at 8am and told me very angrily that she was removing the breakfast because they ran out of coffee at 8am. Room was dirty and even had clothing in the closet from previous guests.
