Stood in this property for two days a lot of homeless people occupying a lot of their rooms every time I went out the back door it was always crackheads and people drinking and smoking hallway smelled disgusting like cigarettes A lot of big dogs are staying there with people Spend a little more money and go to somewhere else

On the day of my check in I got a phone call stating they were over booked by Expedia and that rooms Will be on the first come first serve bases. First off, if your rooms get boom you should Be pulling your reservations off the site. I was just needing the room to get ready for a wedding and leaving the next day. Granted I did get my room but took them an hour to find someone to check me in. Not what was pictured. Property is older. Police were there a few times for patrons. Room next to us smelled of dog feces and urine which could be smelled in our room.

Halls smelled of smoke, weed, and strong chemicals trying to cover them up. There appear to be semi-permanent residents staying here who camp out at the exit and chain smoke all day and night. Keys kept demagnetizing and rooms aren't equipped with kitchen supplies. They say to ask for them...when we did, they did not have forks/knives available. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but mainly seemed sheepishly apologetic for problems they couldn't really fix.

The hotel just needs a good overhaul. It was dingy, dirty, smelly and tired.

My room was not ready when I got there and they didn’t have time to clean it so I went elsewhere

The room was nice. But the smells in the hallway and trash bags sitting there for over 24 hours. The fan in bathroom didn’t work. There was a fire alarm going off all night. Called front desk at 4am and the lady hung up on us. Called back and she was rude and said we know. Very hard to sleep with beeping all night long. Just felt very run down.

This property has quite a few people who live there permanently. Our room smelled like smoke, as well as the entrance and hallways. The ceiling above the shower was falling in and hanging down. The beds were very squeaky and not very comfortable. Plugs were not accessible in practical locations, like the nightstand. They did not supply any blankets for the beds, only a sheet and thin coverlet. Breakfast was packaged muffins, nutrigrain bars and bags of oatmeal.
