Probably will not stay again Smokers congregate at the front entrance making you walk through all the smoke. Refrigerator did not work, multiple calls and nothing done. No housekeeping unless you request it at an extra charge. Kitchen is not stocked with any dishes, pans, pots, utensils or glasses. You have to request from front desk and they give you exactly 2 of each for two people making you have to wash everything after every meal.

Best part of our stay was leaving Very disappointed with our stay here. We’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but this location was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived after the check-in time and rooms were still being clean and not ready yet. Check-in was slow due to staff and computer issues. The entire second floor reeked of pet, taco meat and body odor. Our room was below standard - fridge was very loud but wasn’t cold at all inside. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived late after a longgg drive! There also was no tv remote in the room but the front desk was able to resolve this quickly. The tub looked like there was black mold in it and it was obvious that the room was quickly wiped down with not much care! The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable! I would never recommend this hotel or be going back to any of the hotels within the chain! Old, needs updating - asked for a receipt was told they would email, have yet to receive - no facilities (restroom) on main level - very noisy late into the night. Would not recommend or stay again.

Hallways smelled like mildew and moth balls. The rooms appliances and cabinets were out dated. Had to wait for the iron from a different room.
