Tacky hotel Terrible experience. We were desperate to find a room after having our flight cancelled with few available rooms in the city.As we walked up to our room an unpleasant order eminated from the elevator and outside terraces. There was hair in the sink and on the pillowcases. We slept on top of the covers fully clothed. Upon checkout the manager refused to give us a recept because he had not received Orbitz payment.

Staff rude and unilateral decisions Kicked my wife and I out due to false complaints. Discussing woman at front desk. Rude. Would not verify complaints. Worked long day. In by 11 pm to find out no where to sleep. She was not a manager.

Don't Do It lost power yet still was charged $20 over initial agreement. not a pleasant or acceptable accommodation whatsoever although one staff lady was fantastic, overall this is a nightmare stay that will cost u more than u thought

This is not a 3 star hotel Outside grounds dirty. A dirty wash rag was on ground by my doir for 3 days before hiuse keeping picked up. Air conditioner broke twice. Was moved to another room which in turn refrigerator was not working. Bahroom sink was stopped up. Reported this and staff did not inform me they have no maitantance personal on staff. Not living up to their advertisements First of all .Travelocity charged me for a ringside bed and when I called the hotel they told me that they only have a queensize bed. The extra cash was never refunded to me. Another issue I had with them was that they allow you to check in at 3pm and then charge you an early check in fee if you want the room before 3pm witch means that the room is already ready before 3pm. That's foul business. The whole day is already gone by 3pm. I will never go there no more.

Bedbugs and Roaches! Front desk personnel very professional and accommodating upon check in. I've stayed with this hotel chain in the past without issues, however we were forced to cancel our second night's booking after seeing multiple German cockroaches appear in our room once the lights were dimmed. Eaten by Bed bugs My girlfriend and I got eaten by bed bugs, I had to go walmart ,to buy bug spray,we had to spray the whole place and I still got bitten up,
