Not so smoke free smoke free hotel. This place was terrible. Based off the pictures you would've thought this place was prestine condition. It smelt like cigarette smoke and alcohol in my room.

not a great experience No one was available to check us in. We had to wait and knock for 15 min. When we got to the room it was not cleaned, beds not made. Had to go back, get the attention of the front desk again, and get a new room.

Find somewhere else, very noisy by highway Not a good area, and vey noise by the highway and loud hotel guests I guess because a lot of construction works be there outside 3am with beer screaming for women and there friends to come up to there rooms. We asked to be moved to another section of hotel.

Eh I have never been to a hotel that when you ask for more towels, their reply is there washing, when they are finished, we'll bring you some. 2 and a half hours later, we received some, but we had to call again and the lady that picked up the phone had a serious attitude. Then there was no iron in the room and the bed was crazy hard.

Very disappointed with a national chain! The room was a disappointment as soon as I walked in! Furniture was badly damaged (gouges in dresser and nightstand and repaired with a marker). Formica on kitchen doors pealing, base of cabinet under the sink was broken with pieces missing. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Towels were like sandpaper. Stay Shower wasn't functioning properly, stains on the carpet. Mattress was uncomfortable and noise from neighboring rooms.

Nao gostei O hotel fica numa área muito ruim, sem limpeza nos corredores e nos quartos. Não tem lugar próprio para o café da manha. Deixou muito a desejar.
