Reserved the room ahead of time and paid a deposit with a credit card. When we arrived at the hotel they told us that they had overbooked and that we did not have a room.
The property was filthy cigarette buds empty beer cans empty soda bottles used condoms in the parking lot garbage in the picnic area on the BBQ area. In the room the bathtub had just been resealed and was very slippery no safety strips on the bottom of the tub I went to close the curtain and fell out of the tub backwards in my head on the toilet and then on the floor I wouldn't stay at one of your places again if you paid me

Will not stay at an extended stay again. After the third day, I noticed we didn’t have any fresh towels or shampoo etc. when I called the front desk to ask for some or why my room hasnt been cleaned she answered as if I was supposed to know. That because I’m staying at an extended stay, they only do it once a week. She said if you need new towels you have to come to the main office and grab them. clogged toilet When I arrived I noticed the toilet didn't flush. I had to head out for a business call and when to the front desk and asked him either change my room or have the toilet fixed, he state no problem Boss the toilet will have it fixed! When I got back around 1030, the toilet wasn't fixed and the room was extremely warm. The A/C unit wasn't producing cool air and was leaking into the carpet just underneath it. I won't ever go back.

Internet not working, telephone in room not working and bathroom floor was not clean.

Cockroaches hotel Awful. Had to smash 5 cockroaches. We changed rooms but was skeeved out
