Disgusting hotel! Just at the Davie location. I have never stayed with extended stay anywhere else and had a problem. There was a huge urine stain on the sheets, covered up with a small blanket and then another sheet on top. Disgusting! Two confirm wrappers on side of bed. DISGUSTING!!!!
Terrible hotel! Front desk rarely has anyone there. They leave a sign and you wait there till they get back. What hotels do that?? The guy comes back smelling like garlic and marijuana. Reservations office is very unhelpful. Any changes of reservations are a major problem. Do not reserve anything through their website. They really screw you and won’t help you fix it. Extremely rude and very cold front desk service bith in and out! Your "breakfast" u really need to take that off your site. Granola bars and coffee? Thats grab n go! No ice machine? No ice available? Go to the gas station to purchase that was my answer... what kind of customer service is that?
