They don’t have any continental breakfast as they advertise, they don’t even have basic facilities like business center. The water in bathroom was stinky. Not even a single utensil was provided (as they usually have in extended stay, not even a single thing as extended hotel would normally have. For 106$ I paid for a single night, it feels like a torture to me. They should call it a motel actually, the actual rooms were in different building, away from the office. Horrible experience.
Terrible noise at night from other guests. When booking says continental breakfast included but there is NO BREAKFAST. Horrible coffee only. Parking lot and accesses to the rooms very dirty and full of garbage on the floor. In the room the shower has no power and everything else is old and doesn't show good maintenance. Only good thing at least the staff was nice.
the hotel was ok. but when the door lock failed we had to wait 2 hrs for them to sort our the problem. they kept on saying somebody must be in the room. which was completely rediculous and no apology.
Be sure to keep noise levels to inside voices Check in was a bit of an issue as the rooms were not ready at check in time. The process was slow and felt like I was being scrutinized on whether I was good enough to stay there.
The place was gross Room was dirty! Stains all over the carpet! Had a bad smell! Bed was uncomfortable! Also, was uncomfortable with my surroundings the area is fairly decent however due to the price point it attracted people who were a bit shady looking!! They were people smoking outside my room and the cigarette smoke got through the door because there’s ample amount of space between the door and the door frame so my whole room smell like cigarettes a couple times throughout the night!
