Dirty and disgusting It was pretty dissatisfying seeing all the trash and dirt in the hallways also my room had marijuana odor

The staff was very nice however, the room was unclean and the bathroom/shower still had hair from previous guest. The TV came on the first to nights around 4am and ended up having to unplug the TV the remaining nights. There were stains in the carpet and it was grimy. Only redeeming quality was Alister at the front desk.

Not good experience The hotels looks old and small, my room is small and dirty the facility is extremely poor, especially the bathroom.. when I first walk in the bath tub is already covered with dust, the fan is not working, the shower head is old and runs slowly, the shower vent is stuck and the water can’t flow, after shower it’s full of water... which is very annoying.. one of the stoves is not working at all ...and also the bathroom fan is not working either... it’s like everything is broken... terrible experience but at... read more

The room smelled like cigarettes, supposed to be non smoking. Hair in the bathroom sink, not mine. My dog went under the bed, it was disgustingly dusty and dirty. The carpet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile (what is a pet fee for then?). Garbage all in the shrubbery and grass. Two pillows only for two guests. I was really disappointed.

The air conditioner was not working properly, during the day was very hot and at night was somehow cold. We reported to the hotel management twice, the technician came and basically told me not to touch the settings of the air conditioner. We didn't change and got tired of complaining. The bathtub was dirty and the linen was with a bad smell.
