It was a bed and that's about all. My wife is disabled and they put us upstairs with no elevator. The desk never mentioned anything about supplies required. Like Towels or Wash Clothes or Silverware or Shampoo.... Had to go back downstairs and request items. Shower had no pressure at all maybe 2 psi 2nd day no new towels again had to go request more. Hotel Nightmare I have stayed at this hotel before and was overall pleased however this time we ended up staying in a corner unit next to a guest with small dogs that yipped the entire night. If that wasn’t enough the unbelievable smell of marijuana that came into our room from the AC vent was repulsive. Never again The bathroom was terrible. Not cleaned properly, the tub is all chipped. The floor was sticky. The shower pressure was like the mist over the produce at the supermarket. The room smelt like whatever the previous cooked. There were overflowing garbage cans right outside the window. Advertises free breakfast but its barely continental with mini muffins and granola bars.

Don't stay here unless you want to waste money! Not so good. Had some type of small bugs crawling on the countertops in the bathroom and kitchen area. We switched rooms, still same problem, not as bad as 1st room. Also, our bed sheets had some discoloration to them, and room service never came to replace the sheets. Nor did they come to clean the room after our 1st night there. I will definitely not stay there again or recommend anyone else to stay there.

Couldn't take a shower.the bath tub was clog the shower head was all so messed up. The beds we're to hard . And a little coffee and hot chocolate that you could get in the mornings they were out when we went up just overall a bad visit

Dirty dirty dirty Looking for a clean room? Well keep driving! This is not the hotel for you. The location will win you over but you’ll regret it when you see the room. Our floor was wet. We were walking on wet carpet. The room stunk and I had to buy feberzze so I could sleep there. We only slept there for four hours and left at 5 am due to the problems.

Very disappointed in my experience and I do not think that this hotel is suitable nor inhabitable and should not be available for purchase on this site the rooms smells of smoke and mildew there were people loitering outside knocking on our doors randomly the refrigerator was disgusting the outside looked molded and had tons of stains looked like multiple flies flew into it and we're smushed on it. I was expecting a better quality room. Stiff bed, dead cockroaches, and bad smell. The breakfast that was advertised was actually granola bars and instant coffee.
