No Found roomssub par. No blankets,towels etc. no housekeeping. We expected more based on picture. Nnopool in a Florida was a real suprize.

Not anything like it should be... Front desk guys were nice enough but I don't believe they are given all the tools they need to give great customer service. Location is good. There is no business center and they charge you for copies that are bad. Had to walk a few blocks to Office Depot. This is supposed to be an extended stay hotel but stove was inoperable and there were no dishes, utensils, or cookware. Stairwells were filthy...cigarette butts everywhere. Overall it is too expensive for what little you get.

Outside appearance deceiving. . No amenities such as ice machine or dog walk area or pool. Air conditioner loud and inefficient. Lawn maintenance started at 7 am right outside the units windows. Half an hour to check in. Continental breakfast was stale granola bars.

Worst hotel ever. First off I was noticed by voicemail that they have my room away that i booked weeks in advance. Them tell me when i call them back that they had one room left they could give me which was fast from what i booked.It was t iced way I the back of the hotel where men where just randomly hanging out which made me feel very uncomfortable. Gross Very loud and dirty! Food on floor, stains on carpets and linens. Smelly and gross. Smokers right outside my door. I left after the first night of my three day stay and demanded a partial refund for the night I was forced to sleep there. so disappointed and disgusted. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Unsafe/Unsanitary conditions for families Upon arrival the room they gave us was already being occupied by someone else! Then had to wait for them to find another room at midnight when we checked in !!! Stair walls and floors were hideous & gross...There were random people hanging on the stairs, around corners, just felt really unsafe . Then finally a ‘sweet morning surprise’, some guy standing outside in his underwear smoking a cigarette! Mmm, a sight for sore eyes...NOT!!! What a nightmare

Not all Extended Stays are created equally... This hotel is youthful on the outside but old on the inside yet clean. Look at the awful caulk job on the shower drain coupled with the operational nightmare that was the faucet and I experienced first-hand the age of the facility. I have stayed at this brand in other cities where there was a safe in the room; no such luck here. Thankfully, the staff was not as old as the building.

Never again Hair in front of the door, carpet wet when entered, room had a humid smell, badtub had a stain and drain was rusty. What was supposed to be the closet had no doors but some kind of curtain. NOT WORTH THE ROOMRATE!

Never Going Back They was not the best. They put me in a room with two beds when my reservation stated one. When I asked about my one bedroom, they told me it was unavailable. So I just felt like they should have given me a price off or put me in a suite, but nothing. They gave me the $3.00 premium internet access for free for 24 hours which I had to ask for.
