Perfect location for my purposes, the shops I needed were very close, excellent staff, really helpful, the room was clean, maybe internet/wifi should be better

Very warm and understanding staff We needed this hotel for a medical emergency. The staff worked with us all the way, understanding the situation and anguish of trying to coordinate lodging from a distance when a loved one suffered a medicad emergency in Miami. In this huge world of corporate dealings, its nice to talk to human beings that actually listen and make an effort to accommodate policies to humanity. That is priceless.

Convenient Location . Bathroom tub paint flakes evertime I take a shower . Ac unit is very loud .

Room was clean, bed comfortable, area was safe. The outlets in the kitchen and bathroom didn't work. If your a man or construction worker it was good. But for a woman, that was a little bit of a problem trying to get ready in the morning. I told the front desk guy and he really didn't care.

We stayed here during Hurricane Irma because it was close by and accepted pets. We left a day early because the power went out, after the power came back on(a coupleof days later) I found out that my credit card was charged again for the room plus an extra day. I have been trying to get this credited back to my card and I get told they have no record of it. Had to dispute it with the credit card company.
