Don't stay here. I booked an employee for 2 weeks to stay at this hotel. As the work plan changed, he only stayed 2 nights and checked out. The hotel refused to refund me and wasn't responsive. This place stole $1,231.20 from me for 2 nights and refused to talk to me or Expedia in any way. I'm super disappointed. I don't typically write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to share my experience.

smokey The entire facility reeks of smoke, even the non-smoking rooms. The refrigerator and microwave were filthy. On the other side, the bedding was good but smelled of smoke. the room was clean.

I didn’t like the room(209). Garbage was under the bed,room carpet smells awful,bathtub rotted,also “breakfast included” wasn’t breakfast,was only coffee,hot water to prepare pouched chocolate and minis muffins.The 2 others room 354 and 356 also dusty and air conditioners not running so well.I paid more than enough for 1 night,plus $100.00 deposit,that’s takes around 5 business day to be deflect in my account.

Worst hotel stay of my life. The room was filthy. I had to clean the whole room because I could barely breathe in there. I walked across the floor barefoot and the soles of my feet looked like I walked on that asphalt outside. I got a mop & bucket and cleaned it myself - I have a picture of the dirty water from only 1/4 of the room. All the little 'ledges' were crusted with dust & dirt. I blame myself for not looking more into the property before booking. After receiving keys from the receptionist she was very nice. Get to the room the smoke scent meet you at the door. I didnt bother because it was like for less thN 5hours rest. The icing on the cake was when my daughter when to the fridge to place some fryits we bought earlier in it she was confronted with a ROACH as she opened the fridge. Never will i ever ever stay at an extended stay again.
