Customer service friendly
I booked my reservation online for a one bed room but when I arrived and checked in , they had none available and only had one two bed room left. They could not make the adjustment and I had to pay for another room. The room was okay but bathroom was not cleaned well and the toilet did not work. I called hotels.com and explained the situation. I should have a refund coming soon.

Like an episode of CSI. Facility is subpar. They also required an additional $100 deposit? Other guest were partying on outside landings until 130am. The sound was so loud it was like they were in the room. Thin walls ...no sound insulation. We had to leave the TV on to drown out the noise. The toilet was broke. The floors were sticky. The bedspread had stains. No fitted sheets. They had flat sheets with corner knots. We thought we were in an episode of CSI.
