I had few problems with the room. Maintenance took care of the phone not working ,the alarm clock not working and the toilet constantly running. Did it all the same day i notified front desk. Only hiccup i had was getting clean towels. I asked at front desk to drop some off Friday morning. I got back late Friday no towels. Sat morning i was going out for breakfast stopped at front office on way back. 15 minutes after getting back to room same lady knocked on my door and gave me clean towels. Great place to stay. Kay, the front desk staff who is the only one who goes above and beyond for guests was one checking us in. She is deserving of a raise! Room was clean and the housekeepers do an excellent job with short staff conditions. They need more staff and treat their overworked staff better.

As we were checking in, another test was having a personal problem. I’ll checking in. I think the staff handled it kindly I was very impressed. I’m very happy with my stay.
