It was conveniently located for my purposes. It was quiet - no disturbing noises from neighbors. The convenience of cooking facilities also made it very attractive. What I didn't like was that I had to ask twice for trash cans. There weren't any in the bathroom or in the kitchen area. That was my only disappointment.

Everything was clean and ready to go check in was and out was quick and easy and the only thing was one of lights in my room was trying to go out

So So Stay Stayed a few days while construction was going on in our house. Room was just OK. They advertise breakfast, but that consisted of coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. No seating, juice, etc. Really wasn't up to par. Wi-Fi only worked "sometimes"
