The uniqueness for me is its location. It is very convenient for me to get to those places where I need to be, and that is why I keep coming back. It is laid out on just three floors so that unless I have a suitcase I can easily take the stairs to get in and out. I prefer to prepare my own meals so having a refrigerator, stove and microwave is a plus for me, ans also the light breakfast provided

First of all its location was convenient for all of the places I needed to get to. It is in a safe area. It offers a choice of eating out at some very good restaurants or preparing one's own meals. There are grocery stores within easy reach. Also being quite near to the highway, one can get to many places faster than taking local roads. The room itself was okay.
