the place is ok except we reserved a room that has a sofa which is the picture when we make a reservation but it not given to us

The housekeepers either need to be retrained or fired. I asked them beforehand if the room had been serviced cause of the reviews. She said yes. I get to the room checked the sheets and they were covered in hair. The second bed fleece was covered in dog hair. No one had changed thebsheets they.just made the bed. The floor in the bathroom was filthy with dirt and hair from the previoius stay. Everyone but one lady seemed to have an attitude.
