Disappointed Arrived 45mins early. It took 15mins to register, had to wait 15mins for 1st room to be cleaned, which still had dirt & stickiness on the floor. Had to wait 1hr before 2nd room was ready with dirt still on the floor upon entrance. Was told rooms are cleaned every 2 WEEKS when asked about room cleaning the next morning! Went to desk to obtain clean towels & was told they don't issue clean towels. I hit the roof!!!! So, then she tells me I needed to bring the dirty towels to them to get clean towels. so so place the room was clean but not overly so, Was not able to get cold water to the shower and there was no maintenance duty during my stay. Had to use the plunger there was not enough draw on the toilet to take the waste away
