I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures when booking looked great but that was not the case. All information need to be updated, no breakfast, elevator was broken, roaches in the room.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. It appears this is a failing establishment. The room was dirty, the Internet didn't work on my kids devices, take and go breakfast was non existent. The hallways smelled of different kinds of smoke. Ghetto as hell. Do better.

The room was was not cleaned. When I told the front desk, they told me they only clean the rooms every other week. And that's all they said

The heater for the room wasn't working, and the employee was trying to help me resolve the issue. The manager Tammy was quite rude about it. She said "He can stay or leave." She was quite rude about it all.

Room was awful. No idea why a company like Expedia does business with hotels like this. Trying to get a refund.

Very unsafe . Homeless people hanging around property. Outside on side entryway always smells like urine.

Nothing worked in the hotel the toilet didn't flush the room had an unbearable smell and had to book a room elsewhere because of it did not stay the night

When we first arrived and checked in, we noticed an odor in the hotel and when we got to our room, the odor was so horrible that the smell literally gotten in our clothes and we literally stank when we come out of there even after a shower, the stink was so bad the towels even had the odor from the room in them so when you dried off you stunk even worse!!! Dirty & rude When we got there, it took 10 minutes to he helped by anyone & when someone finally came they walked from across the street. Finally, when we got to our room I started gathering my kids to get ready for bed and I was making them a pallet on the floor (that’s what they asked for.) when I noticed how dirty this room was.
