There are some upgrades needed (shower curtain, strange texture to bathroom flooring). Need a waste basket in bathroom. only one was in kitchen. It was okay but wasn't sure how really clean it was.

Overall I would book again,but it definitely needs a deep cleaning. Door needed to. Replaced

Stayed before, will stay again. This is my second time staying at this hotel and, like the first, it was exactly what was needed. There aren't any frills, unless you count a full kitchen (which is great for long stays or trying to save money), but is solid and great for those who are travelling. The staff are kind and efficient. The hotel is older but clean. The only true "complaint" I have is that their handicap parking is greatly lacking.
Great for Family Emergencies This was exactly what we needed! We had an emergency situation resulting in family being admitted into JPS Hospital and we were unsure of length of stay. This hotel was less than 10 miles away and reasonable enough that we could afford it if the stay required ended up being lengthy. The staff was friendly, the room was acceptable and, when the stay ended up being shorted than expected, the hotel refunded the remaining amount with no questions asked. Would stay at again.
Hotel room was little outdated. Back door stayed propped open all night both nights we stayed.
