What you might expect from an extended stay. Most guests are definitely living there. It definitely got noisier in the evenings. There were some facilities issues that needed attention, but the room was clean and well organized.

Most of these Extended Stay America’s are pretty dirty. Hallways and parking lot was filthy.

Upon checking into one of the 2 rooms reserved, we found a crack pipe in the sleeper sofa. The mattress was stained and we waited over 15 minutes for the front desk agent to come to the deck to check us in. The second room had no dishes, the toilet didn’t flush, I had to use the trash can to fill it with water to flush the toilet. There were stains in the carpet floor in the room and the phone in the room did not work. The front desk didn’t care about my concerns because it was booked through a third party.
