Pleasant front check in and out of hotel. My room was clean, spacious and everything was comfortable for the stay. Complimentary breakfast oatmeal options, muffins and granola with coffee available in mornings.

Everything except housekeeping- it isn’t my Jon. Someone else will do it. . . Not! Cabinet door was ready to fall down. Gentleman said he would tell maintenance. . . Not!

no early check ins it was a OK stay, there is no leeway in the 3pm check in. we had a 430 event across town and would have liked to check in a little early just to wash our face and change shirts before we headed out and it was 3 before they they would even start the process.

The lady at the front desk was nice. Even though the elevator was down and my room was on the 3rd floor it was no issue. My room was clean and spacious i would stay again

Not Google parking... no dishes, utensils, cups, coffee, ice bucket.....nothing but 2 small towels, 2 face cloths, and 2 wash cloths.
