Worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel anywhere. It did not come furnished with any cookware or dish ware the way it is advertised. When I did request some they gave me the most battered up dirty looking utensils. The entire place stunk like mildew or rotten meat.

The room was nasty, toilet had blood from previous people, you could easily tell room had not been cleaned properly ever. The carpet was stained, groups of people drinking and smoking outside the hotel.

The first room we were given, the bed was turned upside down, where the pillow top side was against the box spring. I informed the front desk and their reply was "there is no one that can flip the mattress for you here, can't you just do it yourself?". We were able to move to another room after convincing them that we could not sleep on a mattress that had the spring side up. No one was at front desk for atleast half hour when i checked in. Room was absolutely filthy. 1 pillow with no case. 1 flat sheet , no fitted . Bed was not made , 1 big towel that was the size of bath mat , 1facetowel. When i went to ask for more linen to make the bed the staff told me she didn’t have any so i had to make it work. Disgusting place . Do not recommend at all. Smelled of cigarettes and urine inside room, trash under kitchen sink was full still from previous guest.

I would never stay here again. My room was infested with cockroaches, the bed was uncomfortable and I woke up with bug bites from it. The room AC didn't sufficiently cool the room and the next door guests were loud through the night. All in all a very bad experience.

Ended up not even staying and Expedia would not refund . Upon arrival facilty was not what was pictured in the advertisement . Homeless people all over the parking , one was so out of it on the ground he worked out of his clothes and was naked . Upon entering our room it smelled so bad of body odor , bed wobbled all over the place like it would fall , bathroom light was shorted ; going on and off and buzzing . The property needs improvement. Very dirty, we cancelled our booking. Don’t book in this hotel if you still want to live. Bed bugs, molds everywhere.
