Definitely needs to be sprayed for roaches. I was honestly shocked when I attempted to shower and then i saw a roach. At checkout i did inform the front desk but she didn’t seem to concerned about it

I did not stay at the facility because when I tried to check in; they told me they overbooked and they did not have any rooms left. I booked my room weeks prior to traveling with my family. Initially the front desk staff tried to tell me I was at the wrong facility and that I needed to try the Extended stay just down the street. The bed wasn't clean the tub was also filthy. Poor customer service as well.

I counted more than 6 bugs in my room of different sizes, there was a broken dresser in the room, the bed tan blanket has spots on areas of the blanket like someone didn’t clean it. I wouldn’t recommend to stay.

My reservation was canceled I was told by the staff that they overbook.

Never again Nothing at this hotel was as promised in the booking. we had to ask for anything including the fact there was no toilet paper paper towels or anything in the kitchen.when you advertise fully stocked kitchen it needs to at least have something in it. The sleeper sofa was neither. It was collapsed and unusable. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. It was as if this room was rented before they finished cleaning or stocking it.

Found a couple of roaches, beds were so hard. Bathroom had hair in the tub. Stove was dirty . But the front desk lady was awesome.
