This place smelt like cigarette smoke so bad that i didnt even stay the night i left and had to go shower to get the smell out of my hair. I waa there for 2 hours and the smell was overwhelming

After my last bad experience here i thought id give it one more chance but all i did was waste my money ..... this was a favorite place of mine but now its becoming a place qhere there are many questionable characters on thenlroperty andnita always so noisy .... ive nevernheard someone be so disrespectful and continue to slam their doors... and bug deal they replaced the bedframe and furniture eberything elae in room is old and needs to be replaced I will definitely not be staying here again unfortunately

The room was dirty.... hair in the shower and the tub didn't drain well. No cleaning supplies or dishes in the room. When we went down to ask for dished and pots

Horrible service and overbooking Then you get a chance to stay there I'd book a Rome in they didn't have available so they child the charge me more money for a different Room the representative working Jason was extremely ignorant on top of it

Windows so dirty they were clouded. Food on wall and register. Staff was very friendly. Tried to be helpful.

Room was dirty, animals allowed so heard dog barking all night. Queen bed was actually a full. Whole building felt outdated and sketchy.

Great location for all things shopping. As for the hotel, too many customers smoking next to the entrances and letting thier animals run through the hallways at all times of day/night. Customers do not pick up after thier dogs? Its very nasty and dirty being tracked into the hallways at times.
