Yes when I check into my first room 303, it was a mess the bed wasn’t fixed and dirty towel was on the floor in the bathroom and on top of the toilet, table was not wipe, so they change my room to 317.

bath tub was dripping, only stayed for one night.

Really bad coffee and breakfast. Staff was always away from front desk and they were not helpful at all

Disgusting and i got bites everywhere

there were roaches in our room - 1 is dead, 1 is crawling up the wall, another one came with our luggage in our car when we were already driving back home!!! at check-out, there was no one at the lobby counter. I called-out and waited, but no one came, so we just left.

The lobby, elevator, and hallways were dirty. The room itself was clean, but entering a dirty lobby and elevator doesn't instil confidence in the facility.
