Bed bugs, dog hair, dusts and filth which would have surprised health inspections. This property should be off Expedia unless you need bad reputation.

This is my first time to stay in Extended Stay America when checked in noon time. the gentle was very nice and friendly. I stepped in the room. I saw a small cockroach that was bad experience. my kids were sock and didnt have to stay the room. then front desk called and told me that we made noise when I just came back from the conference to hotel by 1030pm. The hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana! The room looks like it needs an update, the pillows were old, the room was stuffy and not really clean. My husband and daughter came home with bug bites. I was really disappointed.

RUDE FRONT DESK DID NOT WANT TO CHECK US IN! We did not stay in the hotel and was charged the 1 night. The front desk receptionist was RUDE and could not communicate well. She was shouting and actually said she will not check us in. VERY DISAPPOINTED at the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Will NOT RECOMMEND at all!! terrible experience terrible. they gave away my reservation to someone else ... the receptionist couldn't do anything so i call the manager/owner who was offsite wouldn't even take my call .. hangup on me .. would never stay at this hotel in future

Charged for the room I didn’t get to stay for the first night although I informed the hotel staff of my flight cancellation well in advance. They didn’t give me the room for the second night when I arrived the next day with the payment already made in advance, but they haven’t refund the room charge yet after 5 days. I got tottally ripped off!
