Dripping bathroom sink and bathtub. Called the lobby they sent the guy to fix it who broke it so we had to wait one more day and brush teeth/wash hands in the bath tub. changed the sink faucet the next day but not the bathtub saying they didn't order the new hardware and "dripping was not that bad" C'mon it's California, there is a draught condition and it's not good for the environment if the water keeps leaking, it may not look like but that's gallons and gallons of waste. Pick another hotel This is the worst hotel we have stayed at in for many years. The service was not good they didn't do anything they said they were going to there was no internet for 3 days the utensils they gave us we had to wait two and a half hours for and then we had to go get them the door into the room was damaged the man said he would come and take a picture of it and make sure it got fixed he never did we were given a slight discount after complaining but certainly not enough to makeup for the rotten stay for two da... read more

It took 45 minutes to check in, lobby attendant was not available. Rooms DO NOT have kitchen supplies as promoted. The couch was broken. Limited supplies in toiletry. And dirty kitchen. Manager is very irresponsible to any communication. WOULD NOT recommend. No customer service at all!

The property looks fine outside, images on the website are no bad. The first step into the hotel, stinky. the room is in very poor condition, the phone is dirty, spider web on the window. burn marks on the table, frig is very loud..etc. The only reason I booked this hotel because it is in my company policy spending budget ($150). I wish this hotel does not exist in the area and forced me to book another hotel in the area for $2xx, I would not have such a bad stay.

Worst hotel stay ever We were given a room that was already occupied. Then they charged us twice. And the “breakfast” is a joke.

Avoid... cheap and for a good reason. Dirty room on check in, a/c not working. No one at front desk when I arrived. Dirty hallways, garbage stacking up visibly, rooms cheaply done. Forget breakfast. Don't stay here - ever.
