It was a bad experience starting with checking in. They only take credit cards, So I could only pay for one night, it cost me twice the price for the room, the room had one queen bed and one sofa bed, the sofa bed was not maid up so I had to go to front desk to get someone to make the bed, that was a joke, they gave me sheets and blankets for a king bed to put on a full, the sofa bed was so uneven you could not sleep on it, the staff was not very helpful at all, did not care about you at all, I will never say there again eve... read more

I booked a non smoking room and when i entered the room its smelled cigarettes and bad breath. The towels and bed sheets also smelled like smoke. The room smelled so bad i ended up sleeping in my car.

Nothing Good Breakfast area was dirty. Hotel staff only responded to refill supplies when asked to. Bed comforter had black marks on it. Carpet had red stains like lipstick on it. Other than that the bed was comfortable.

Found quite a bit of hair laying around. TV was not appropriately functional, took a few seconds for every channel change and would lose signal often. When requesting plates and silverware, they didn't have enough to provide all I needed, due to being busy. They also don't provide housecleaning besides weekly or $10/day. If this was my only choice for my next trip to Fremont, I would book it but would be disappointed. Staff was friendly.

Very unhappy dirty stained pillows bugs in bath tu

Disaster! Upon entering the lobby we we're greeted by a large cardboard box standing about 8 feet tall. Arriving in the room we found a broken toilet seat. We were told that a seat had been ordered. We later found that the microwave was filthy. The AC was very noisy and the refrigerator made a noise that sounded as though someone was breaking in. No any service at all! The room is terrible Hotel facilities not working
