Rate this a 1 at best Checked in to a front desk that looked like a side room of a hotel.. have stayed in many extended stays and always a bright cheery front desk in an open room that was easy yo locate this was buried in the back. .. front was quick to check me in but failed to tell me the front door doesnt open (in the other building where they placed us) that i would need to use the side door that was a little off putting but once another gusst told me to use the side door we did and found the elevator qe were on the 3rd... read more

A Great Place To Stay In The Bay! My stay at Extended Stay America was great! The room was clean and very comfortable and the woman who helped me at the front desk, Barbara was very pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience.

I enjoyed staying at your hotel, however I was not happy about the breakfast.... To pay over $100.00 you would think you could provide a hot breakfast...Maybe eggs, toast, potatoes, yogurt, bigger muffins , juice even pan cakes.... For that reason I highly doubt I will stay in your hotel again. I was here in Fremont due to a family emergency, a family member was in the ICU. I would of rather stayed at La Quinta....
