I was initially given a room in building B. The room had lots of crumbs on the floor and I woke up to cockroaches. Called front desk and was told I could move rooms but I was not offered any assistance with moving rooms. When I called I was told to pack my belonging and go back to building A front desk and they would find me another room. I was traveling alone with my one year old and this was not and easy task. I was upgraded to a bigger room in building A, that was nice. And the new room was much cleaner.
