Minimal breakfast choice, the bed was not correctly installed, and the night shift staff had no training on how to register a client; my client had to wait for more than an hour for the supervisor at midnight to check in. Very disappointed.

I was not satisfied with my stay. The room was not clean, and I found cockroaches and other bugs. The bed was very old and noisy, and the sofa was also old and torn. Overall, the room needs better cleaning and maintenance. I hope the hotel can improve these issues for future guests.

Rooms was dirty and in poor condition, property has defered maintainemce issues throuhout. Doors to hotel were left open because they were broke and the area has many transients wandering throughout the night. Some of the rooms are reserved for homeless residents and saw some drug use on premses

Hopeless people right across the street. The front desk person was very, very, very rude. She talk but never listens, as soon as i spoke she talked over me. I was never able to tell her that someone was trying to get in my room, they finally left, but if they came back I was going to call the police.
