We got a room with a kitchen & there were cockroaches scurrying around all over the walls & counters. The beds were supposed to be double, but they appeared much smaller. The hallways were dirty and the overall appearance of inside & outside was dirty & grimy. The woman working the front desk was very nice & accommodating. We did not stay. We asked for a refund & left. We had to call back the next day for the refund & the front desk person was again very nice & accommodating. We got the refund. Deposit not refunded yet. Charged $100 deposit and $180 for the room. Was told will be reversed on checkout. 2 days later, still not returned.

I have a disability knee problem. They elevated been broke for three weeks. No one has fixed it so I have to move to where I can find the elevator instead of stepping up three flights of stairs.

When we check in the place was nice, but it became scary when every hour someone was knocking on the door, screaming in the hallway, the washroom door has vomit in the wall...there was cockroach in the washroom sink as well...
