*****Warning***** Found roaches in room 403 and spiders. Needs better up keep. The entry door to building B wouldn’t open then went around to the main entrance found the doors wide open what the purpose of having to use your card keys to get in if the doors are open to the property for anybody to get in. The Beds were neatly made and clean but the roaches over shadow any good comments of the unit or property. I have pictures of the roaches in my room if you would like me to send them to you. Room smelled horrible, like cigarettes Also blinds with stains

In the pictures the rioms look nice but in person they are not. It smells bad inside and they are very dirty

Please dont be wooed by their amenties. There is no pool. Lacking continental breakfast. Never enough coffee cups or coffee made. You are made to feel like you are made for them instead of they are there for you.. they offered ro clean my room after 30 days on the day before I was leaving. I had numerous requests to clean my room. Nobody came. I had fruit flies abd nats all dying from STEM . The garbage was overflowing at the end of the hall. Hotel was nice but no in room amenities. Coffee maker etc. 1st time I’ve ever went to a hotel like that. Iffy about going there again. Not even an ice machine

From the 1st day I started living here to the present, Ive had nothing but problems with them. When someone behind the desk asks you "what do you want" which is rude. I have requested maid service after 8 days to which I was informed they only change the linens on day 14. Its over 14 days and nobody but me has changed the sheets, vacumned or swept.
