No breakfast left @ 8:30am when it’s to be available until 9:30am Bed was not comfortable, red stains on pullout couch mattress Toilet backed up & we had to unplug it ourselves Bathroom sink backs up
The hotel was dirty.very dirty. This is the worst Expedia affiliated property that I am staying in. The only good thing amity this property was the staff. They were good and attended to me professionally and apologized for my concerns and unhappiness.
People in the halls in the middle of the night loud and echoing Big gap under the door letting in light. Who the heck serves Coffeemate anymore with coffee.
You get what you pay for. First our room has a strong foul stinky odor from Pets. All furniture was chewed on. Cushion from couch missing and bed lights and tv didnt work. And a neighbor kept blasting the entire vibratingninto our room. Best part, was checkingnoit and leaving. But theres a Starbucks across the street if you can get pass the homeless encampment

Roaches!! Left got a refund less than an hour. DID NOT STAY!!

The room had spider webs, there were bed bugs on the sheets and the room was FULL OF DUST. I am still waiting for my refund.
