Not Accommodating at All My stay was not as accommodating as I would have liked. I'm not used to being in a room with only 1 face towel and a TV smaller than 36 inches. The free breakfast was a joke. They only had coffee and muffins to grab and go.
Smoking is prohibited. However, I got a room with smoke smell.
WiFi did not work. Esp disappointing given that we’re in Silicon Valley
Close to everything (highway, groceries, restos) Quiet area & close to almost everything. Easy access to highway. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Feels Like Home The staff make me feel comfortable enough for me to say that it feels like home I've been here since December 27th in transition to my new home and I have stated a couple other locations and I would say that this one is by far my first choice middle and last choice
COLD ROOM The window AC heater unit said to use wall thermostat it did not work after 1.5 hours in the room at 50 degrees with my coat on the front desk clerk came to the room after 2 calls went to the window unit flipped open the lid and turned off the AC and turned on the HEAT
Fear After check-in I was in my room getting ready to go to my conference. The front desk man called and said the fire alarm was going off and he needed to come check it. It was not going off and I said okay figuring it would be a quick check. The guy came in and stared at the fire alarm and said he needed to figure it out or it wouldn't quit beeping in the back.
