My experience The price was decent but our phone room didn’t work, our kitchen had none of the appliances or utensils we needed, our remote looked as if it was never cleaned, and the room was a little outdated. But my overall experience wasn’t terrible, it was decently priced and it gave me somewhere to lay my head down at night.

Good location. Noisy from other guests and not much shampoo/soap, but clean and comfortable for the price.

I travel for work and although this hotel is very clean and functional it is do for an upgrade to the level of most of your properties.

Bed cover smells... The room smells really bad and we finally found that the root cause was the bed covers. We requested for a change of the sheets in the morning before we head out, but found that it was not changed when we returned in the afternoon. We called the front desk a second time, and the housekeeper came promptly after her lunch, and go all out as to change the sheets to brand new sheets (designs are different).

New but needs cleaning The hotel is newer but needs a deep cleaning. There was visible dirt and filth on everything. The room also smelled of urine and mold.

Next to the freeway. Food stores and restaurants w I had a problem with my room the day manager quickly took care of the problem and switched rooms for me. Karishma took good care of any concerns I had afte that. Great customer service. I thank you for that.
