Best General Manager The general manager was great! Excellent customer service, as well as a fast and smooth check-in. Also, the staff was not in a rush to put away the coffee and breakfast items, as some other hotels; they did not have staff standing next to you trying to hurry you. Great location being within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance of shops, places to eat, drugstores, major freeway.
Room could have been cleaner. We walked in and there was no a/c on and it was very stuffy. The a/c never worked right and kept shutting off. There was someone's wing container in the trash so the room smelled like old bbq wings which this vegetarian didn't love. No hot tub, muffins and coffee only. Overall, meh.
