This place is not organized, I've stayed here twice both time I was sent to an occupied or dirty room. It took them an hour and half to find another room for me. At one time they took me to an occupied room with the guest inside. The staff opened the door with their master key the guest inside started screaming. Horrible experience!

Exactly what I needed Overall it was exactly what I needed a place to stay 1 night and avoid morning traffic from the Valley. Very clean and everything worked. No bed bugs. Quiet. Front Desk Staff could really use some work though. Very unorganized. Took me a bit to get checked in. The front desk girl was flirting with one of the many construction workers that stay there. I'm a frequent guest at the extended stay on Mission and I've never had any issues with customer service or my room. I'm always greeted upon walking in and my requests are always taken care of as long as it's possible.

Puff puff pass It’s smaller, older and smells like smoke and mold. The tucked away location seems to attract seedy individuals rather than weary travelers, but that’s not the companies fault. I did get a complete kitchen kit with soap+sponge and more than one fork+spoon, which is great because previously at other locations I got the bare minimum. I would not stay here again, and neither should you.
