So, So. Prepaid thru hotels.com, hotel charged me too. Still trying to get a refund. argghhh. Woke up one morning, no hot water.

Bed bugs I was bit severap times. Other than that the hotel is good

Clock did not work. Room smelled weird. No cups for drinks.
