Gross Outside was so dirty. Need to be pressure washed. Cigarette buts all over the grounds. Elevator was discussing! Didn’t even want to get in it. We stay there two day then moved to a different hotel for 3 more.

Did not get room service all 3 days I was there. Did not get clean sheets or nothing. I shouldn’t have to call to request new sheets they should be provided daily. Bathroom was also dirty, ceiling was the worst. It was really dirty and disgusting.

Do you not want to Called the hotel prior for late arrival. No one at the front desk. Lights off. No help from Hotels.com. Had to find another hotel after a long trip. Unprofessional and cannot see myself cooking through either again

Full size bed they said queen size in the Website And comfortable pillows noisy outside from the Street and from the rooms and no breakfast the breakfast is pic of cake and coffee that’s it .

Horrible customer service on site. Kitchens have no supplies, not even plastic cup in bathroom. Staff unwilling to furnish so much as a common plastic cup! Save some money and stay at Motel 6. Same class if hotel at less cost
