Will never stay there again . First of all they cancelled my reservation after informing the clerk that I would been arriving at 3-4 am and was told it was ok . They didn’t have a room for us at 0330 but I call them at 0700 and they have 3 rooms available . How’s that . TERRIBLE

All was well until I walked into the bathroom to see the shower head. Maybe it is leaking and spraying water everywhere? Either way, staff chose to wrap it with a washcloth and hair-tie. And a long hair was on the shower wall. Very surprised to be given a room in that condition considering the shower head could burst at any moment.

This was a horrible hotel Dude, honestly this was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Like really. I do pest control and everytime i stay at ANY HOTEL i do a thorough inspection on beds and bathroom. Didnt notice any bugs, but during my inspection i did notice that the cleanliness of the areas around the head of the bed as sub par. Food debris and it looked like they didnt even sweep the area. Very dirty charged an extra fee for the double bed

No room as booked available and no refund for the downgrade! E-mails are ignored by management. Really disappointing that house!

I found 2 bugs I don’t know what kind but they aren’t bed bugs. The pics on Expedia make it look lovely but it’s not. The beds are small we only got a couple of tv channels. Their “ continental breakfast “ was a joke. They had little blueberry muffins wrapped individually which were good, and a small granola type bars. Coffee. Tea. BUT very low stock and the muffins were gone very soon after their “ breakfast” opened. I asked if they had any and was told sorry they are gone. The air condition did not work. This was the worst Extended Stay I have ever visited and stayed at. The visit and stay was due to my niece who had been in the children’s hospital. Thought it would be perfect but it was not at all.

The room floors were filthy. The toilet smelled like urine because the seat was not cleaned underneath. The coffee tasted horrible like it was leftover from the day before, Definitely better options in the area
