Front desk staff (Gina) needs training terrible check in experience. When checking out I ran into another couple who was overcharged for their stay and having trouble communicating with front desk as well. Otherwise hotel was ok close to where we were and going and restaurants.

Better than sleeping in the car I have stayed here a few times before it’s not the ritz but never been this bad. The first room they gave me had not been cleaned, the second room stunk like cat urine the 3rd room was ok the flooring had been replaced which was nice but the toilet was not clean had a horrible ring inside a chipped toilet seat and stunk like pee every time we flushed it. I booked this hotel through Expedia and when I arrived the front desk tells me I wasn't charged through Expedia but that I could look at my bank statement to see if I was charged twice. And sure enough, I was charged twice. I called Expedia who told me that this hotel CANCELED my reservation and checked me in for over 50% more than my original charge and then refused to refund me. Expedia did refund me, but I was still charged more with the hotel. I always liked to stay at Extended Stay hotels but I won't be anymore.
Worst stay ever We stayed overnight from Yosemite, so we picked a room and it was the worst. A non smoking room, smelled like smoke, the bed was supposed to be queen size but looked and felt like a full and it was hard and uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty, tv was staticky. The rooms come with a kitchenette, which we didn’t need or use, but upon check in, if you needed dishes, you had to ask the front desk for. There is no ice maker and breakfast was granola bar, coffee and packaged oatmeal. We both woke up tired the next day

Prior to checking in, they billed me for an extra guest. I had no guest. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. I first tried to call hotel management directly, and after 4 messages and no return calls, I decided to call my credit card company for the fraudulent charge. Will never recommend them to anyone and advise anyone who stays to insist on a paper invoice and make certain it is correct before they leave.
Not happy. Need my refund I was not able to stay. When I should up to check in the front desk informed me that they had been fully booked for 3hrs prior to my check in. Hotels .com charged me the full fee and has yet to refund me my money even though they were the booking site.
Bad choice Falls advertisement about brake fast and no housekeeping cleaning for any nights less than 8 night stay no pots and fisher in kitchen so what’s the use ? Would not stay there again
