Never again We made a quick trip to Fresno for my daughters birthday. My son was originally going to stay with his sister over night (he is a teenager) but she decided to go out with her friends so he ended up coming back with us. I called to get a rollaway bed that they advertise and my husband was told that the manager "discontinued" the rentals of rollaway beds. It was convenient. The check in person was nice. That's the extent of the positive points for the motel. There was a former patron's pizza still in the fridge; the showee did not appear to have been cleaned, but they have large speckled plastic so it is difficult to be sure. There was nowhere to put the key cards for early checkout.

Extra charge...not pleased Average room...clean...scratchy, small towels. Couldn't check in (on a Monday, not weekend) any earlier than 3pm...arrived at 2pm and not one room was available? When we did check in, asked for late check-out...told 11:30am (checkout was 11am). We hoped for noon, but accepted the 30 minutes. We were never told we would be charged if we exceeded 30 minutes. I made a reservation for this property 1 week in advance. Hours before I was scheduled to check in, I found out they checked someone in under my reservation. I was told it would be handled and a room would be available when I got there. This did not happen. When I arrived, the representative was rude and dismissive for no reason. She explained I had no reservation and they were booked. An Expedia rep called and confirmed the reservation and it was explained that again they were booked. Check in staff was nice. Easy parking. Room was nasty and dirty. Walking around bare footed you would have instant black feet. Tub hadn’t been wiped down in awhile either. Paint chipping. Toilet screeched all throughout the night. Something smelled like melted plastic a lot. Could never tell where it was coming from. White stuff all over bed skirt and top blanket.
