Uncomfortable Was given a room with no carpet and it wasn’t clean. I could feel all the dirt. Bed was very uncomfortable and body aches every morning.

Ok room overall The room was ok overall. Some cons were that the bedside lamps had the wrong light bulbs on purpose. Maybe to save on energy. There was a hole in the bathroom door, very noticeable stains on the carpet, and black stains on the bed sheets. The pros are that it has a full-size fridge if you plan on staying longer days. Usually, stay here for when I hike Yosemite, and it’s convenient for nearby stores, food, and the freeway.

Check in was pleasant and easy. The room was not what I expected. There were no dishes, glasses, utensils, plates, nor any pans for cooking. Basically the kitchenette was useless. What was really disappointing was no coffee maker. Coffee is only served in the lobby from 6:30am-9:30am. These are also the breakfast hours. I ask for a handicapped room Non available I was given a regular room Hard to shower with a step In tub.
The staff is very helpful and attentive of service needed.I appreciate their welcoming attitudes. Rooms are very comfortable and roomy. The location feels safe and easy access to freeway. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks again 😊

Hotels messed up my booking but Monique and the guy I forgot his name took care of it for me. My first time staying in the third floor but the rooms were clean I did need another pillow but that’s just me
