The check in was a disaster. Got there at checkin time was told to room wasn’t ready and to come back in a hour. Came back 90 min later only to be told to return again in another hour. I guess while on vacation you have to find something to for 2.5 hours while they get your reserved room ready. I realize they are short staffed, but come on. Maybe a manager should be rolling up there sleeves. Stop apologizing and fix the issue.

This hotel is a little sad. This particular Extended Stay is showing its age. The room was sad. The carpet was torn in many spots and the feel of it made me wear something on my feet while walking on it. The table was wobbly and all four legs were loose. And the chairs were hard as rocks. The bed were clean and comfortable and this microwave worked well. Also, very rowdy people hung out in the parking lot, quite noisy and the general air about them made one pay attention to them while traversing from building to auto.

Nice place, nice locatio for the events we were attending. No ice machine on site.

Bare bones basic. A place to shower and sleep. Was fine for this and not much else. Right on the Rivers Edge trail so that was the best part. Easy access to the trail.

The lady checking us in was holding a crying baby while trying to do her job. The bed was terrible, it was broke down and we rolled to the middle all night. We love the location and walking path but won’t stay again.
