We couldn't get the breakfast as it was promised. Breakfast stuff was finished before time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone who is considering free breakfast.

This is a clean, quiet hotel in good proximity to good restaurants. Great for a one night one the road stay.
Expected a breakfast but ended up with basically nothing!

2nd time I've booked w/ESGF, and I will stay again The keycard maker was broken, so staff had to run a round letting guests into their rooms for 2 days. What a nightmare for them! It quadrupled their work, but they didn't complain and were more than happy to help. Jose was amazing. He gave us a discount on the room for our troubles and did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay.

A place for the night on road trip. The hotel was nice enough, waited 10 minutes to check in as no one was at the front so I phoned the hotel and was told I would have to wait 10 or 15 minutes as he was working on a maintenance issue. We went for supper and came about an hour later and checked in with no problem. The hotel is in a quiet office neighborhood by the river and the trail system. I felt bad for the staff, they were scrambling because the card maker for the doors got fried in a power surge. They were very busy letting visitors into their rooms which made them frazzled at times. The room was clean I was disappointed with coffee and a packet if oatmeal and a packaged muffin. This is not what I consider a continental breakfast.
