We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room. Bed was comfortable.

T Average motel Needs to more follow on repairs patched wall in shower but didn't repaint it. Had lots of dogs running around motel and barking in rooms and staff ignored problem.

Good value I like that this hotel decorates for the different holidays. Front desk staff are always helpful. Although I don't think it's appropriate for them to sit on the bench outside the doors and smoke when there is a No Smoking sign on the bench. The elevator floor could have used cleaning as well as the light in it is pretty dim.
Right along the river.. gtass and parking lot was clean
we got to check in 15min early
