Average rooms by river and downtown Provided expected room for our needs but not very many extra services, only very light breakfast.

Nice hotel close to family. Easy to book extra days. Great 6 day stay for a birthday celebration with family.

We were spending the night in great falls. Directions to hotel were good Staff friendly. Carpet was stained and ripped. Bed was hard. Room would be great for extended stay worker situation

Good location easy to find The lady at the desk was very helpful. I forgot my phone charger and she loaned me one.

You get what you pay . The room was a smoking room which was accidental booking on my part. However, it was not overbearing for the smell and I didn't ask to switch. The bathtub did not drain very well. The microwave was the only thing in the room I found to be unclean. However, I spent $50 and can't get anything else in town even close to that rate. I live in Great Falls and just needed an evening away from home. The front desk clerk was super friendly and efficient.

Coffee? please, Anyone? coffee..... One quick trip to the airport to drop off someone, stayed overnight at the Great Falls Extended Stay America hotel. the staff, both evening and night shifts were extremely professional, welcoming, accommodating ( we came in late, left 4am). Although I understand that leaving a fully stacked kitchen can become costly which in turn hikes the prices up for everyone, having to ask at the desk for a cup to make tea was annoying, because the coffee wasn't ready before we left (we still received ... read more
