I didn't like that I didn't have the sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa. I had to go to d front desk and get them . The Iron had a shortage. Would i stay there again? Maybe.

We had to use this facility for a family funeral. All of us were from out of town and the staff was so helpful and accepting. They allowed us to use the sitting area off to the side for a small gathering of people when they arrived and then cleaned up for us. They are amazing and we will stay again. Thank you to the staff for all the support and help you provided during this difficult time. We could not have asked for anything better!

Visit was A-OK from start to finish, EXCEPT in the middle of the night! Guy upstairs was moving out between 12:45 and 2:30 AM! What?!! Sounded like he was moving all the furniture out too! Who moves out in the middle of the night??!! Called down to the front desk and asked if they were doing construction in the middle of the night. Nope, just the guy upstairs moving out. No coffee in the room or lobby. Staff was friendly. No sheets or pillow cases for the pull out couch and air conditioning eas not working rigjt.

Cons: Light smoke/cigarette smell in a non smoking facility. Lack of genuine concern from staff who forgets to check what they give or book. Breakfast is more snack items and empty coffee containers (granola bars, single packets of dry oatmeal, small muffins). Pros: clean room (other than the sock under our bed that was from previous guest I’m guessing). No one really bothers you.
