Ms. Karen made my stay quite pleasant. This is by far one of the BEST extended stays I’ve ever stayed at. My room has fresh towels, the linen was clean to my surprise. The next time I come to visit my family in Greensboro I will make sure to stay at this one

Nice hotel close to highway and airport heat didn't work in first room but problem was handled very quickly by moving me to another room very friendly staff

The front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly. I had a shuttle lined up for airport pick up, but when the flight was delayed they would not accomadate, and all but one lady were very rude in how they handled this. And, they would not even tell me her name.

The staff was very friendly when I checked. My room was also plenty big and nicely appointed. However, the carpet was dirty in spots and the toilet seat was barely attached. These are not big issues for me but something they should probably address.
