Overall good stay. The first night, the room was extremely cold. The hallway was really warm, but my room was the opposite. The unit was not circulating properly. Front desk was notified. It was after business hours, so maintenance was not available to check. In preparation for guests, the rooms should be at room temperature. The units should be on and running so that the rooms can be ready for the guests. Then after checking in, the guests can adjust the temp to their needs.

Ms. Karen made my stay quite pleasant. This is by far one of the BEST extended stays I’ve ever stayed at. My room has fresh towels, the linen was clean to my surprise. The next time I come to visit my family in Greensboro I will make sure to stay at this one

Nice hotel close to highway and airport heat didn't work in first room but problem was handled very quickly by moving me to another room very friendly staff

The front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly. I had a shuttle lined up for airport pick up, but when the flight was delayed they would not accomadate, and all but one lady were very rude in how they handled this. And, they would not even tell me her name.
